Since Google etc. has their own formulas and procedures, and those change and evolve, we might be limited as to what we can do.

But producing new content here and around the web, updating it from time to time, can help. Posting reviews of fraud groups on review sites can help. Using things like thumbs down" on Youtube records our opinion.
