He's not the only guy who forgets to get the paperwork in on time. Obviously, having that non-profit legal status is not his prime consideration.  His 'paperwork people' will fix it if they want to keep it going.  And that was back in November.  They may have fixed it by now..  I dunno and don't really care...
Get used to it... I CAN NOT type worth a darn.. lol
