I just happen to have some.....ahem, acquaintances, { no I did not call them friends }that are beginning to really get into this stuff...can't remember if I have seen this name mentioned here before or not, but one of them sent me this link, the first part that caught my attention is that she is Cherokee/ Comanche and adopted into the Lakota. I may be wrong but Lakota don't adopt into their tribe......do they? Anyway may make for some good reading LOL

No we don't adopt into the tribe, there is only family adoptions.
Ask what family adopted her.

LOL Aha! I thought so.....am waiting for an email or something back because I did write to her and asked those questions. As of yet I have had no response.
