If Reyna is fundraising and claiming it's to purchase tribal land, that seems to me to be as clearcut fraud as it gets. Is there anyone who knows how to contact the police for the area he's located in? Going to the local press that's reported on him in the past and pointing out there's a story in the fraud Reyan is committing also seems like a good idea.
