It's pretty clearly a white buffalo image used repeatedly. The company making it is Aristocrat. Their website says it's only available in Las Vegas.

That would explain why there's been no outcry if it were anywhere near many NDNs. It was a student that told me about it, says it's near here, in a casino in Dumfries VA.
