NAFPS Forum

I am from texas and I have been reading this forum for a while. I felt compelled to join since the Danza community and sacred spaces have been divided by people protecting abusers and those speaking out. Unfortunately, there are so many elders protecting their friends and shutting down anyone speaking out because they don't want to lose followers. Many of them are weak and sick in the mind and spirit. I hope to learn more about others here and contribute what I can.

This is happening in California, Texas, Florida, New York, Arizona, New Mexico and many more states. Many Danzantes travel with the groups, Elders and leaders travel often to other places with the support of the community. Abusers go everywhere, across "borders" quite frequently.

Sorry that you left the group. I would have liked to know more about all that you mention.
