I noticed their community drum group the Red Fire Singers had a video that everyone was laughing at, and I traced their origins to this 501-C 3-Non-profit "Tribe" There is so much wrong with this group, I don't know where to start? But see for yourself.

The song don't make sense, they don't know the words, yes there are words to the songs

Laughter is always good, but what's not so funny is that they are creating their own idea of what Native people are, creating their own "Tribe," Pow-wow's, drum, longhouse, chiefs..etc. Their obviously not and nothing seems authentic Native about this group. People in their state and area are getting their education about Natives from them. Smh.

we know that what they do is so wrong i read an advertisement that said ceremonies at a pow-wow
WHAT! this is a social dance where no ceremonies are allowed these people don't know what they
are doing playing indian, I also know that playing indian is so wrong to us who are Native

Some of their claims seem pretty unlikely. The usual hid out in the woods for 200 years. The secret lore bit. And the insistence on always wearing regalia for photos and using older titles because they realize how white they look to outsiders, we've seen that before with heritage groups.
But notice they have the endorsement of an archaeologist, who claims they've helped her quite a bit with research. While the drum group seems clueless, at least someone might know some old knowledge.

Their gathering has been around over 20 years. They claim dancers from pretty far away.

I'd say mostly descendants who don't know any better, and maybe a few who might know something.
