I was searching around to find about this:

But this forum didn't have anything on (that I could find) on Willoya or Brown.. so I searched some more on google and found this page attributing it as a Cree phrophecy.. and wtf is this website? Thought I'd share it here.. wtf..

Yeah it looks like he is a conspiracy theorist (and galactic traveler) of the David Icke mold.  His name is Dieter Braun and he claims to be part Cree, so perhaps that is why he changed the quote to Cree.
