QuoteSo part of our agreement needs to be that you will not divulge our processes to people who have not gone through the training. Sharing your own experiences, minus the specifics, however, is fine. The reason for this is three fold, 1. By not sharing, you don't steal away a part of the magic for future participants. 2. I only want people who have been trained and certified through the practitioner program (ShamaSoma http://shamasoma.com) to initiate/teach/ counsel people in these methods. That way I can assure some quality control. 3. In holding silence, there is power. Don't dissipate it. Thanks.

In the YouTube video she says she may be a shaman but does not call herself one and keeps it on the low-down, yet almost everything on the internet focuses on her being a shaman and how she can teach you to be one.  Seems to be a bit of a conflict there.

It is also significant what she says on mark 9:30 of the YouTube video.  It is almost like she is aware of the work of NAFPS since she says that Native Americans do not use the word shaman and that it is actually a Siberian word.  She says she has been trained in the sacred pipe and sweat lodge, but it is not respectful of the Native American culture to charge for these ceremonies and she does not do them.

Brallier seems to be trying to have her cake and eat it too. She's being coy when she says that she doesn't refer to herself as a shaman. Many frauds say things like this, they are trying to mimic what they think real shamans are: chosen by community, humble, spirits made them take this path etc.

Like Autumn, I also wonder if she's seen the work of NAFPS, she very specifically speaks of lodges and pipes. But then she again tries to have it both ways by saying she was trained to do so. "I have been trained in some of those lineages". So she is supposedly special because she was "trained in some of those lineages" but does not practice those specific things because she is "respectful".

I also find it confusing that she would make a point of saying "shaman" is not a Native American word but then post YouTube videos of herself interviewing "ancestral shamans" in Mexico. Huh?
