the case number for when i was drugged and raped by floyd hand is: 96-042-832 (St. Paul, MN). I had a former name than i do now.  This rape and other women is why he was fired from the Minneapolis Indian Health Board, when Noreen Smith was director.  The MIHB paid him one thousand dollars a day for him to exploit people.   He was supposed to be a spiritual advisor.  I had/have Lupus he never "cured" me.

What it did do was lead me to pine ridge where there are real medicne men there.

As noted in Johanna's intro thread, I spoke with an officer in the records department of the St. Paul Police Dept. The charges against Floyd Hand, from 1996, are on record with the police there.

Their computer system initially accesses only the records from 2000 onward; but searching in archives brings up the paperwork. Due to Rape Shield laws, they can only give out so many details over the phone, but the officer I spoke with confirmed the nature of the charges and that Hand is the one charged.

I haven't found any kind of an internet presence for him, or any frauds claiming he taught them. The original assault accusation has no further evidence.  Should we move this thread to Archives?
