Although I previously stated that many Metis people are members of the Catholic or other Christian belief systems, some also continue to Honour the Aboriginal ways of our families.  We do see many other Metis people at Pow Wows and in participation in Traditional Ceremonies.  This, of course, does not imply that we have a "Church of the Metis Tribe."
