Has anyone heard of her or met her?

The site and Koroscil both seem very vague about what she offers. Outside of her claim of being a shaman, I don't see anything she does as being part of what we are normally asked to take a look at.

Thanks for looking at it.  Feel free to remove my post if it does not belong at this site.  Based on what a friend said, I thought she was a Harnerist type, but I am not sure.

Hello and welcome. I think Harner's 'core shamanism' is a European fantasy with racist undertones but we can't put up a warning about every practitioner, unfortunately. I only took a quick look at that site but I didn't see anything on it that looks particularly bad; just the usual newage fluff.
