This 86 pages long report deserves a separate post and wide attention. Especially SECTION ONE: INDIGENOUS IDENTITY FRAUD, which is generic and addresses so many aspects of NAFPS subject material over the past years, therefore well worth reading, and can be referred to to explain things.
