Wendy and Andre are the principles of Horse Spirit Connections, a not for profit corporation, established in 2005. The Horse Medicine Lodge is a vital element of Horse Spirit Connections.
While exploring North and Central American native cultures, André and Wendy found their spiritual path to be Shamanism, which encourages the healing of self and others. They have been studying Shamanism since 2000. Both attained the position of Pipe Carrier and Fire Chief while on the Sweet Medicine Sun Dance path, part of the Deer Tribe Métis Medicine Society headquartered in Arizona.

Both attained the status of Shamanic Coach having graduated from the Institute of Shamanic Medicine, helping individuals discover their inner wisdom. In 2011, Wendy and André became certified Shamanic Practitioners and are qualified Dance Chiefs of the sacred Sweat Lodge Ceremony. They are members of the Rainbow Bridge Ceremonial Society.

Sweat lodges and kiva ceremonies, medicine wheels, vision quests

This Kiva was dreamt into being during an intense three day ceremony in 2011. Wendy and Andre traveled to visit a Hopi elder in Arizona and a Navajo Shaman in Colorado in early 2012. They received the teachings and blessings for building this sacred place. It has been birthed with much ceremony and is the only one of its kind in Canada.

I'm not surprised they don't name their alleged Hopi and Navajo elders. But they really should be less clumsy in their lies. None of the Navajo rez is in Colorado. If they ever actually met anyone, I'd guess they probably found elderly men and told them something vague, and took their lack of objections as approval.
