I'm on the "Honor the Earth" newsletter list and I see that Winona LaDuke on the White Earth Reservation is publicizing the effort to get an independent community radio station off the ground over there in Minnesota.  They got a grant from the Public Telecommunications Facilities Program and are fundraising to match it, if anyone wants to help out.
