and I heard all about the "Hopewell", "Adena" and "Mississippian" peoples.

It was all news to me.

I've never met any Hopewell, Adena, or Mississsippians. Have any of you ever met any Hopewell, Adena, or Mississippians? Know anything about where they live now? Who their leadership is?

The archaeologists sure didn't.

Archaeologists focus on ancient civilizations.

Not really the ones that would later become their descendants.

What you are looking for are anthropologists.

Thank you Tecpaoceltl for sharing your wisdom with a person as stupid as myself who mistook archaeologists for being anthropologists.

I suppose I can give up looking for Woodlands and Archaic cigarettes now.

(I would like to share that the Mohawk "Native" brand is every bit as good as the Seneca's "Seneca".)

Hmm well, I never tried Mohawks, but I`m a big fan of Seneca`s.
Was really ticked not to be able to mail order anymore.

Lol, hey if you do find any "woodland" cigarettes lying around, please let me know.
Pickin em up off the ground would be tons better then having to buy!
