what is up with so many wannabe women using "wind" in their name? There is a local who calls herself "white wynde". Then we have "hawk wind" on one of the threads.  I must be running with a bad crowd (smile) cause my mind sees them as "hawk fart" and white fart. ;)

"Born free...free as the wind blows..."

That awful song was big when I was a little kid. Many of these people would have been in their twenties when it came out.

That, plus there was that character Wind in His Hair in Dances with Wolves. That's my theory, imitating cheesiness.

i met a guy in west london from colombia playing panpipes wearing northern plains-ish buckskins. he actually thought his name was Talking Eagle Wind Wolf, but i think his real name was Raoul.

oh yeah, they always also seem to like a wolf in their name. you can always identify a twinkoid by the made-up disney comic book name.

"Here comes Dancing Wolf Wind Eagle Bright Rainbow Wolf" wow!

Would that have been outside the Lyric theatre in Hammersmith by any chance,we have been trying to get their "street vendors" permit revoked.

Some time ago, I ran across the site of a student of a fraud active in Germany, and his guru had bestowed on him the name of ...... "The wind blows and is hot".
Nice one, as our folklore has got this saying about winds both hot and silent being deadly.
