I see the District Attorney in Memphis Tennessee is now looking for victims of a Perry Belcher.  He ran a group of internet companies, Spring Time Herbs, Selmedica Health Care and so on.  Was arrested in March, convicted in September of Computer Fraud, put on probation after surrendering his assets to repay the public. The DA in Memphis wants people to notify they for refunds by Jan 12.  So another "snake oil" salesman bites the dust.  http://www.shelby-sheriff.org/press_releases/lakelandbusinessmanarrested.asp
