Ken,
This one screams new age. "Explore consciousness, and experience a shift in your consciousness and energy field with help of inner guides".
We don't explore, nor shift our consciousness, and we don't have inner guides.
Some of us do have spirit guides and a belief in Creator. Which is not mentioned on the page.
And a old motto "Please don't squeeze the shaman".
