My professional developmental began as a university lecturer in cultural studies developing & expanding an understanding of human behaviour from theoretical & historical perspectives. From there I turned my focus to the 'human condition' which began my 5 year training in Psychotherapy at Spectrum, Centre for Humanistic Psychotherapy. I abide by the UKCP guidelines on Confidentiality and Ethical Practice. My training is accredited by the BACP.
I specialised in Trauma with a diploma at NAOS institute 2013.
My professional work has further deepened and evolved by including the perspectives and modalities of:
Systemic Training at CSC Centre for Systemic Counselling in 2010
Shamanic training of 10 years with Chris Luttichau at Northern Drum - Native American Shamanism and
Shamanic training in Incan Initiations - Munay-Ki with Chris Waters - Spirit of the Inca, Peru and Bristol, 2014 and 2019
