    Introduction to the Shamanic Journey        Discussion will include the various States of Consciousness and some of the methods for Shamanic journeywork. We will then journey to the Lower World, meet our Power Animals, and retrieve information from them.  Further discussion will include time to share our messages, how to return for solo journeys and the various realms that exist for travel.     2 hours     Fee:   $20

        Let the sound of the drum take you to the Underworld, the land of Mother Earth, where you will meet your power animal.  Your animal will have a special message for you, which will help you to learn more about yourself.  Shamanic journeywork is a Native American tradition used for spiritual healing, growth and enlightenment.   2 hours     Fee:   $20 

Shamanic Journey: Meet your Spirit Guide
        Allow the drum to carry you to the Upperworld to meet your Spirit Guide.  Your guide will give you an insightful look into the realm of the Spirit World through both travel and messages.  Shamanic journeywork is a Native American tradition used for spiritual healing, growth and enlightenment.    2 hours     Fee:   $20     

Embracing the Shadow Side
        Learn to create the balance within that is necessary for advanced work in healing, magick, and everyday spiritual life.  We will discuss and experience several ways to create a more powerful and complete space from which to do your 'work'.  Face your true whole self.  Acknowledge the repressed "negative" side of your being -- without judgment.  Embrace your shadow side for what it really is... YOU...  and incorporate it into your being.  Are you ready to become the real you?       Materials:  a blindfold, a blanket / pillow if you wish to lie down for your journey, drums or rattles, a journal, a pen/pencil and an open mind.   2 hours   Fee: $20

Sweat Lodge Talk: An Introduction to the Inipi Ceremony
        Throughout history people have woven purification and other types of ritual into personal and community life.  It has been a powerful part of the human experience.  Our discussion will center primarily on the history, traditions, and present day uses of the Inipi Ceremony.  We will also discuss guidelines for participation.  1.5 hours        Donations Welcome

Inipi Ceremony
        The Inipi is a sacred ritual, often referred to as the Sweat Lodge or Stone Lodge.  The traditional Inipi Ceremony comes from the Sioux Nation.  To participate in the Ceremony, you must attend the Sweat Lodge Talk.     Approximately 2-4 hours.   Call for further details.  Donations Welcome
