Linda.
And the site's owner links to Shaman's Shadow quite bit. I think you found "Barb" or Rose Aleta Barbee, a retired marketer who nows does the spiritual tourism business. She claims here to be "a Lakota descendant" not Lumbee. A Harner franchisee also trained by "Carol Proudfoot".
"Carol Proudfoot" is another Harner franchisee selling ceremonies and workshops.

And guess what? She's a member of a group called the Bear Clan.

Sorry to break this to Knox, but they are all white wannabes. Nothing Lumbee about them.

Could it be that two unconnected hucksters have decided to use the same 'spiritual'-sounding catchphrase?

I think you've misread that address, Al. Easily done since, in my browser at least, it shows up in a barely-readable colour combination: blue on dark green. There's an extra 's' in the domain controlled by Barbee (shamansshadow.com), compared to the one controlled by Knox, (shamanshadow.com).

Spirit Weavers is an organization dedicated to providing shamanic healing and experiential training in Shamanism. We are located in Michigan, with programs offered in mid-Michigan, and within and outside of the state.
This organization was founded by Kate Durda and Stephanie Tighe in 1997. They offer shamanic healing work, teach workshops in the United States and Canada, provide training in healing techniques, and work to create shamanic community. They also bring some of the top teachers of shamanism to Michigan.
They are members of:
Foundation for Shamanic Studies www.shamanism.org
Shamanic Teachers & Practitioners www.shamanicteachers.org
Society for Shamanic Practitioners www.shamansociety.org
That organization has upcoming events for 2019.
