Dear Supporters.
We are a non profit charitable organization (501-C3 EIN   99-036-6562) currently on a massive endeavor to retrieve several mobile home trailers from the Colorado area donated due to business procedures of homes exceeding the age requirements of the trailer home parks in Colorado.
These homes very suitable and capable of providing the needy with homes.   These homes free of charge and released to us require us to provide transportation from location to the perspective area of donation, which includes the Pine Ridge, Rosebud, and Cheyenne River Reservations.
These homes must be removed prior to August 1, 2011.  The cost to transfer these homes which will be donated, to the needy, and three will be used as command centers for the coming winter emergency needs, on all three reservations.
The homes located approximately 1,228 miles round trip, requiring 190 gallons of fuel, at $3.89 per gallon average.  With transportation cost of $739.10 a trip.  Also each trailer home would require an additional fee of $1,000.00 in labor to break down and prepare trailer for travel, and set up at destination location.
We have been donated at this time with a total of 9 mobile homes, with three more in negotiations.
The first mobile homes two of them are going to the Pine Ridge Reservation, and one in Rosebud are very important as one family where the victims of fire, the other homeless due to physical hardships.
We ask for your financial support in providing us with the fuel costs and labor costs.  As a non profit organization, you will be eligible for the tax credit on these donations.
We sincerely ask for your participation in making this endeavor possible for the needy and our humanitarian position.
Sincerely.
