there is this game where you have a circle of people and one person whispers something
to the person sitting next to them, and it gets passed down around the circle, when it
comes back to the beginning, what was first stated is much changed..

well, this same 'game' can be done as a visual to help explain the corruption of cultural
appropriation..

you take a square and 10 people.
each person can do 1 of 3 things.. they can either
1) add something
2) remove something
3) replace something

at the end, the square no longer resembles a square..

the square can represent the culture or just an aspect, like the sweat lodge..
by seeing how changed it is from it's original state (the square) any person
should be able to see how appropriation corrupts the thing being appropriated..
