Hi All,
We have alot going on with our site but - Tsissy you are right..alot of people have slacked off - but alot of new people are working on it now.... even so we need alot of supporter back up to get this new craziness stopped by Suraj/Rachel.  Did anyone catch the "Aho" in her latest letter..sheesh.....

We have a biiig announcement coming up - Got a call this morning and I will release the information by tonight hopefully.

We are NOT redoing the Petition..... for a very happy reason:)

Will let you all know as soon as I get the specifics in writing....

But we are not going forward with the protest for the dance of one.

I have my doubts about the sincerity of Robbie Crane's letter. I addressed some of those in a post on the G.W. Hardin - Gathering of One thread. Since Holzwarth isn't going to be participating in that event now (still think it's damage control), we need to focus on what she is planning to do. Does anyone know anything about Monica Ravenhart and the Bison Vision group?

Quote
This land sings of buffalo hooves and moccasined footsteps of a pre-war minded peoples. You may view some photos of this land at www.walkswithburros.com

Apparently Holzwarth has backed off her stance that she isn't doing Native spirituality. "moccasined footsteps"?? One more stereotype.

Cat, thanks for sharing that e-mail with us.

Superdog, great post! I had a feeling that somehow Holzwarth would turn that meeting into a P.R. moment. She's never had a problem twisting and turning actual events to validate herself. She did it in Alaska, Australia, and even in Weymouth.

Would a reputable business use a cell phone instead of a land line and offer it as a contact number when you are in the middle of 3000 acres and have no other way to contact you???  Soory, but sun flares, sun spots, etc. interfere with cell phones, that is some of the reasons why you lose signal with them.  Oh and let's not forget about the satelite that went down a few years back and all the problems that caused.

Couldn't find anything on Monica RH with that spelling. But as Monica RavenhEart, she mostly shows up as someone lving in Livingston MT involved with buffalo projects, but not  the head of any group I could find.

http://www.buffalofieldcampaign.org/aboutus/artthoughts/ravenheart.html

This article says she was married to a Lakota for a time.
http://www.thebigskyweekly.com/article.php?id=337

That article and this one are the only places I found Bison Vision mentioned outside of Holzwarth's site.
http://bozemandailychronicle.com/articles/2008/01/20/news/80briefs.txt

This one has a post from a member of the group, which mentions something interesting.

The group I work with, Bison Vision of Livingston Montana, is doing just that, using a ranch in Eastern Montana (in the epicenter of the Poppers Buffalo Commons) as a teaching center. Social order buffalo are to be an integral part of this plan. These animals (30 satellite family members) will be in place this fall and the teaching already going on this summer will be expanded next year to show how bison life can be a guide to human living … whether it is troubled teens or corporations. I am looking forward to being a part of something that relates back to when Plains Indians studied buffalo to apply their behavior to their own lives. We will see how this expands to corporate retreats etc. A lot has to be done. Earth lodge training center communities and all that. i will keep folks up on happenings
------------

So perhaps that's why MRH is willing to host a clear fraud like Holzwarth.

We will hold a healing ceremony in Paradise Valley, MT on May 8th in conjunction with Bennie LeBeau's from sunrise to sunrise.  We are only 30 miles from the north entrance to Yellowstone Park. We will create a large Medicine Wheel in and around the Earthship house on the property. Our prayer circle will be held at the center inside the Earthship using a Causal Vortex geometric Metaform to broadcast and connect our collective prayers and focused intention around the world. There will of course be drumming, healing songs, and whatever we can do along the same lines as the main ceremony in Grand Teton.

This property has large beaver ponds, woods, and the Yellowstone River as
its back border, and is surrounded by the Absorka and Gallitan Mountain
ranges.  We also have a labyrinth on the property. We welcome anyone in the area to join us. Camping and group sleeping arrangements can be made.  Bring own accommodations.

Contact person is Monica Ford RavenHeart 406-222-5954 -- beadmon@earthlink.net We would be blessed to have a Shaman or Medicine Person officiating our ceremony.  If there is anyone interested in the vicinity please contact Monica.

And Roger's here too.

BFC Update from the Field 11/29/07

Excerpt from Stephany's update, after seven buffalo had been killed by the Salish-Kootenai, who are hunting under treaty rights for the first time in almost 150 years:

Quote
Gibson and I were torn. We held deep sadness in our hearts for these buffalo, for all that they suffer, yet we also couldn't help but feel a certain awe and respect for the reawakening relationship between the buffalo and the Salish-Kootenai. As our dear friend Monica RavenHeart said to me a couple days later, "Remember the voice and the spirit inside the ancient bones? Imagine the spirit of the buffalo just killed enveloping the hunter and anyone else nearby. Never underestimate what is really happening when you see a buffalo fall. If it was not its mission it would be deep in the park pushing snow. Those who come forward, come forward as warriors and great wise beings... you honor them by acknowledging their mission." Is that why this mixed group caught us by surprise, coming out so early in the year? Were these buffalo warriors carrying a message, willing to sacrifice themselves in order to be heard, felt and understood?

i would like to personley thank rachel holzwarth
for teaching me how not to be like her, and to stay on my own path.
and for exposing all the frauds across this country
for with out her we would have never known about these frauds
smug in there little worlds selling peace and what they think is native
to unsepecting fools, we should go back over her years for events and go after them
for they are the ones making it possable for her to do her thing
she has been a door opener, into the world of twinkes that has been hiding right under our noses for years, look at how many we have found so far, all the same
only in it for a buck

you can sell your spirit, but you can never buy it back.
the creator provides all that we need
and the creator needed some one to travel acrose this country exposing the frauds
lol even at there own expence, for they are the one paying for her to come to them

so thank you again rachel holzwarth for being who you are
