If anyone's ever wondered if we sometimes paint fake people with too extreme of a brush...have a read here.  No doubt influenced by all the bad new age info that's out there.

This is TMZ's latest on "The Hills" stars Heidi Montag (lately famous for having 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day) and her boyfriend Spencer Pratt.
