Interesting circular linked websites
« on: April 16, 2007, 08:02:25 am »
There's some stuff that seems a bit off that I'd like to share here. Maybe get some feedback?  I'm moving cautiously because there may be genuine people of good intent intermingled with the twinkie stuff unintentionally, and I'm having a heck of a time distinguishing between them. I mean no harm to anyone, anywhere. Even the obvious frauds. I'm just super confused...

What I've uncovered is a circular path of websites and neo-indigenous practitioners of a variety of genres and missions. ALL of them that I post here are in some way linked to ALL of the others, either as a direct weblink or by serving as advisors. A number of them have been identified here as fraudulent, and others are patently fraudulent but not identified. I'm trying to make it as clear as possible, but if it's confusing and muddy, that's because it is!

Native Voices Foundation, Sedona, solicits money for Bennie LeBeau AKA "Blue Thunder" and the World Council of Elders (WCOE).

http://www.send2press.com/PRnetwire/pr04_120901-nativevoices.shtml    This was our best show ever," said the euphoric producers, Judy Gray and Jim Foster, who gifted "Califonia's First Caretakers" and the team of Red, White, Black and Yellow participants - the Black Elk Prophesy - in the Big Bear Medicine Wheel ceremony with free tickets, a booth and snow sports equipment. "I especially honor the women of the White nation who were the majority of the participants in the ceremony, for leading this reconnection with Mother Earth at this 11th hour. Women have more love for Mother Earth and the children, and heard Her call," said Bennie LaBeau (Eastern Shoshone). The Elder led the ceremony at the invitation of residents of the Big Bear community, led by Gina Weiss, to help with the drought following their devastating fires."

5th paragraph: Also hearing from Olympian Billy Kidd (Abenaki) how the Northern Utes saved Steamboat's Opening in 1999, when he shared his desire of starting a "Ute Future Olympians program." Billy then asked Suzy if the Utes could help Colorado Ski Areas get early (economic lifting) snow by hosting a ceremony at Denver's SnowSports Expo in November 2004. Chaffee asked Southern Ute, Eddy Box Jr. His resulting ceremony blessed may resorts, especially Aspen and Steamboat, who have the strongest Native Programs, with up to 15 feet of early snow! Check out www.snow-riders.com or and www.nativevoices.org for more documented examples, including the Big Bear Medicine Wheel, led by Bennie "BlueThunder" LeBeau, (E. Shoshone/Wyoming), which saved Southern California's San Bernardino Mountains in 2004/2005. See more on Bennie's www.tetonrainbows.com.[/size]

SNOW HERO OF SAN BERNARDINOS GIFTED WITH JOY OF SKIING
California: "All We Need Is a Miracle" played on the Snow Summit Lodge's loudspeaker when Bennie LeBeau (Serrano-Eastern Shoshone), arrived on the slopes.  "He was treated like a homecoming hero for leading the Big Bear Medicine Wheel Ceremony on November 15th, 2004, which helped restore the magnificent lake, trees, springs, and best snow in 35 years," reported Olympic skier, Suzy Chaffee of Native Voices Foundation.  Bennie's team of 100 from the Red, White, Black and Yellow Nations had prayed on the nine sacred sites surrounding the San Bernardinos.  Together they reactivated the ley lines (electro-magnetic energy lines) and rebalanced the weather.

http://www.send2press.com/newswire/2005-10-1013-003.shtml      NVF is a Colorado 501(c)3 nonprofit partnership of US Tribal leaders, Olympians and ski communities, to create "joyful unity through sports to help heal Mother Earth for all our children." Amazon.com just released "The Spoken Truth," a book channeled from Warriors of Old by two London women supported by the "Viisions of Life Force Foundation," about Blue Thunder's amazing healing of Mother Earth's environments.

Tax deductible donations to assist Blue Thunder's inspired work are most appreciated through NVF at: ginaweiss@charter.net, www.teton-rainbows.com or www.nativevoices.org

“YELLOWSTONE:  I have an article from a Bennie LeBeau from the Eastern Shoshone Nation in Wyoming about Yellowstone and the volcano.  Bennie writes:
" Our Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks are calling for our prayers. Many of you understand the relationship of the energy gridlines of heaven and earth and its relationship with this next eclipse. "They are like to the nervous system of your bodies and its wiring system. Earth Mother is being stressed out by bad vibrations and some of us as well. With this increasing solar activity, so it is with Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks sacred sites that are asking for help. We have come together because our hearts are responding for a change.  This change is necessary for the survival of our home planet Earth, our Mother. It is time to forgive and forget and move forward into sacredness. The words that have been given in prophecy by the Hopi, they have said, "We are the people we have been waiting for." "

Same website links to Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center, Arizona, Gabriel Cousens. He's an educated, MD/Rabbi. Native name: Little Golden Bear of the Yellow Horse Clan. It's a spa, holisitic commune of some kind; they sell expensive packages and sweat lodges.

Now it comes back to WCOE:
http://the-4thworld.com/specialmessages.html       The Sundance Ceremony in South Dakota receives a wonderful gift of a buffalo to be honored while we Sundance. Having a buffalo is very special to our dance and to the Ute who will be dancing with us. The buffalo is coming from a very beautiful ranch in Montana and must be prepared and transported to Porcupine, South Dakota on July 17, 2006. We are asking for donations to help with the costs. We would like to that your donation will be considered tax deductible through the World Council of Elders.

"Chapter 14 features writings from three individuals who are doing a profound follow-up on information that Kryon channelled at the United Nations in 1998: Marc Vallée, and Woody and Catie Vaspra. Kryon spoke about the creation of a council of elders on the planet–an indigenous group of tribal leaders who might supply the rest of the world with wisdom about our times– ?  information we need right now.

Sometimes people wonder if good ideas ever get manifested. Well, here you will read about people who are actually putting into motion what Kryon suggested. It's quite startling to think that many of the indigenous chiefs of the world are actually waiting for us to contact them! Why? Because their prophecies said we would!"

What this refers to an alien being who embodies ancient history and is completing(?) the Hopi Prophecies. Kryon speaks to the world through channeling and makes reference to something called "Spirit". This seems to have a large following and people are going on regular pilgrimages to Hopi Land. Followers are called Lightworkers and Kindred Spirits. 'Native American Spirituality' is fundamental and necessary to enlightment. "Indigo Children" are human kids who are not actually human; they've been changed at the cellular level by alien intervention. I don't know how.

Marianne Williamson again. Native Voices Foundation quotes Lloyd Bald Eagle as saying, "The words of our tribal brother Nelson Mandela keep ringing in my ears this Olympic year when our people are being honored, reminding me that the sky's the limit," and then quotes President Mandela's "Inaugural Speech". But it's not Mandela at all; it's out of a book by Marianne Williamson.

A mainstream media news article           www.palmbeachpost.com/.../epaper/2007/03/04/s1c_sweatlodge_0303.html?xtype=rss&cxsvc=7&cxcat=17

Hot, holy gathering
"The sweat lodge is like the Native American spiritual church," said Woody Vaspra, president of the World Council of Elders, a group dedicated to preserving ...

And there could be no more unlikely person to lead a sweat lodge than Louie Ruvo, an Italian Catholic from New York, a falafel seller in Key West and a seeker whose quest for spiritual wisdom brought him here via the plains of South Dakota, where he learned to oversee the sweat lodge.

As it happened, no one in the sweat lodge was an American Indian. Some in the American Indian community disapprove of this. Ed McGaa, an Oglala Sioux who has written six books on native spirituality, doesn't.

Coming full circle:
http://www.snow-riders.org/olympictribalinvitation.html     Native Voices Foundation secondary website.
"NVF/Steering Committee needs expenses (only-included in budget) to step up the on-going ceremonies at sacred sites led by the World Council of Elders, as well as World Prayers to further slow down the Global Warming that scientists say is mainly man-made, and mainly from overuse of fossil fuels. This gives us more time to convert to clean, renewable energies, and other sustainable practices. In so doing we are ensuring that our children are blessed with our magical quality of life, including the Winter Olympics, thanks Native American World leadership."

Here's where it stops being spiritual. This is wierd, so stay with me:

>NVF website says that co-chairman ["i]Gary Lake is spearheading his Shasta Nation's development of a Native American Olympic Training Center near their Mt. Shasta in Northern California."[/i]
The Shasta tribe (Lake is VP) happens to be seeking investors for a casino. http://www.shastafi.com/

>A few years ago, Lake denied authorizing the tribe's financial advisor to solicit investors for a casino in the L.A. county:
http://www.signonsandiego.com/uniontrib/20050321/news_1n21casino.html
SACRAMENTO – Investors from coast to coast are being asked to put up millions of dollars for a new Indian casino in Los Angeles County, a project the tribe involved says is bogus.
Documents mailed to prospective investors say the project will be developed in a partnership with the Shasta Nation, a loosely organized band of 1,500 members based in Yreka, more than 600 miles north of Los Angeles.

>But this open post was on a ski web forum:
HEALING from:Suzy Chaffee
Do you know any enlightened kingpins or queenpins
of the Ski Patrol, because if they do healing prayers for where people have
gotten hurt ... on the mountain, it will help prevent more accidents and
reenergize the ley lines that affects the mountains getting rain and snow. So
says Bennie LeBeau, the Shoshone who led the medicine wheel around the San
Bernadinos, which saved the lakes and forest, and gave skiers the best snow in 150
years. Launching a state of the art Indian holistic health program in the LA
area.

There are three threads on Bennie LeBeau. My husband's niece has met him. He said that while Bennie is Eastern Shoshone, he is  not an elder of their tribe. He is also a "show boater" and a nut job. But read the threads:
