...and howdy...tks to rattlebone for the invite...i am raramuri/penateka mix from the sierra madre oriental (rocky mtns to you) in chihuahua...now living in WA state and loving it...

tks...being desert ppl, rabbits were a very important source of protein for us...hard to sneak up on big game and very few sources of fish...so, we relied alot on birds and rabbits...many of us honor them to this day...
