We do need a Canadian citizen to make the request.

If investigated by RCMP the Access to Information Act (ATIA) applies.

This is what RCMP advises https://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/en/making-requests-the-privacy-act - to use the ATIA . Requests can be made via mail too.

In regards to a criminal records check (in this case B.C. but likely this is universal to all provinces), which I imagine is different than asking for a copy of a case file (?):

Received a report about her. I already posted her claimed degrees are either false or bought at diploma mills. The account I have describes outright abuse of followers and patients including targeting wealthy elderly for donations and inheritances, borrowing money, psychological and physical abuse and sex with (though clearly she’s not a doctor) patients. All while claiming to be a Mi'kmaq healer and elder.

I was even given a RCMP report file number on her, 2024-1100800-filed by one of her victims. We need to get hold of that if we can. Do we need to be a Canadian citizen or in Canada to do that? There is a Freedom of Information law in Canada the same as the US.

Most or all of her family history seems to be false:
She claims her family name of Bishop is Mi’kmaq but isn’t.
She also claims her grandfather who trained her (though she falsely claims “Iroquois” elders, not Mi'kmaq) ran away from the Shubenacadie boarding school as a teenager. The school didn't open until he was in his late 20’s.
She claims her grandmother was Dineh and Cherokee. She isn't enrolled in any recognized US or Canadian tribe.
No one else in her family makes these claims.

Either way, his fraudulent book is still being sold and at least half a dozen fraudulent websites posing as NAFPS are still up. I think we only managed to get a few taken down for posing as us.

Paul Sahayda has Austrian heritage. Surnames such as Sahayda, Scabanich, Yusko who settled in Lackawanna, Pennsylvania around 1910. As far as I can see, none of his ancestors identified as Kazakhs.

This shift in identification is just another attempt to claim "shaman" for himself....


He doesn't even know the most basic things about the people he falsely claimed to be part of.

Rusin or Rusyn, or many centuries ago Ruthenian people, are nowhere near Kazakhstan in central Asia or Monglia in east Asia. He's 2,000 to 3,000 miles off.

Rusyn were originally mostly in what's today Ukraine and Belarus, and parts of today's westernmost Russia, even the Rus that became Russia. Today they're also across much of Eastern Europe, as many as a million and a half people. No more than a couple thousand came to the US, a couple hundred each to Canada and Australia as immigrants.

Jan Engels-Smith is a decades long devotee of Leonard Albert Mattern Jr/"Buck Ghosthorse". She does all the fraudulent ceremonies and uses what she's learned as source material for her own operation. She and Paul Sahayda/Ghosthorse say they are spiritual siblings. They are co-creating remixes of the various frauds.

The "Ghosthorse Family" fraud "Sungleska Oyate" continues. Remember that these frauds have stolen actual surnames and cultural terms.

And Buck Ghosthorse/Leonard Albert Mattern Jr. was not Lakota. Surely Paul knows this. Buck changed his name legally on Oct 5, 1990, Paul changed his name Oct 16, 1990, both in Snohomish county, WA where the cult was based at the time.

Paul was 33 years old at the time of his name change. Buck did not legally adopt him. Paul was not adopted into anything actually Lakota. Buck was a fraud leader of a cult, Paul is the fraud leader of the continuing cult.

So Paul does a pretend disclaimer about his heritage but then continues with his usual "Lakota medicine man" act. He perpetuates the fraud of his "father".
