Title: Lozen - true or false?

This story about an Apache warrior called Lozen is flying around on the Internet.
Has anyone got info about this woman? Is this story false or true? Or has someone made up a Pocahonta-story?
What do the Apaches think about this?

Just being my normal sceptical me. Grateful for any info.  :)

It's basically true, though the history channel often distorts some things. And Nuagers distort them even more.

She was the sister of one of the most famous chiefs. Victorio, and famed for being quite a warrior herself.

I briefly wrote about her in my own book.

So have some others.
