Five judges of the International Common Law Court of Justice in Brussels determined ...

Great stuff indeed!

So, the International Court of Justice does exist and has its seat in The Hague, Netherlands:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Court_of_Justice

Quote
The International Court of Justice (French: Cour internationale de justice; commonly referred to as the World Court or ICJ) is the primary judicial branch of the United Nations. It is based in the Peace Palace in The Hague, Netherlands. Its main functions are to settle legal disputes submitted to it by states and to provide advisory opinions on legal questions submitted to it by duly authorized international branches, agencies, and the UN General Assembly.

Brussels, BTW, happens to be in Belgium.
But this isn't just simply a case of someone being puzzled by all these tiny little countries in Europe claiming to be fully blown states [sarcasm off] - we're on to something compleeeetely different here.

The alleged "International Common Law Court of Justice" is a blog put up by Kevin Annett in 2010 and run from Canada, not from Brussels:

http://rationalwiki.org/wiki/International_Tribunal_into_Crimes_of_Church_and_State

Quote
At the heart of the "organization" is something Annett calls the International Common Law Court of Justice (ICLCJ), which is rather similar to those "common law courts" sometimes set up by freemen-on-the-land, right down to the "citizen jurors".[6][7] This court exists only on Annett's blog.
With the ITCCS, Annett attempts to mimic genuine international organisations, and is actually good enough at this to have fooled a few normal people (and a lot of raving conspiracy-prone nutters) into thinking there's anything at all to this. He produces very nicely-formatted, official-looking documents and everything.[8] However, an examination of the blog's actual content will quickly reveal that in legal terms, it's not even wrong even by pseudolaw standards. Annett has "convicted" two consecutive Popes of genocide and child trafficking, issuing "international arrest warrants" for them.[9] He has also issued a proclamation dissolving Canada,[10] which he has replaced with the Republic of Kanata.[11] He also dissolved Great Britain, though that one was only on Twitter.[12]

He is a fan of the freeman on the land movement.[13] This has become more prominent in recent months, and the website now sports a prominent link to a so-called "Common Law Community Training Manual", which is basically a Sovereign citizen FAQ. [14]

So basically, this will lead readers to Sovereign citizen garbage, a scene rife with persons belonging to the extremist right.

Excellent work Ingeborg! My guess would be that Taylor is just making b.s. up and not even bothering to get her terms right, but if she is involved in Sovereign citizen garbage - that is important to know, including in light of the zillion corporations she and her followers have set up.

Perhaps in Europe and Canada with its recent monarchical past, the concept of sovereign citizens may be "garbage", but as one who has sacrificed my health in combat service to the United States and the Constitution, I can assuredly tell you that a sovereign citizen in the USA is not "garbage". As corporate fascism is on the rise, they want to convince you that you have no power or rights other than those they grant. Don't fall for it. Back to the topic at hand, do not fall for any of the bs of Taylor, either.

I think the "garbage" reference is to the groups in the US that are made up of a bunch of loony people, claiming soveriegn citizen status to defy laws and in some cases scam people. Some of these people are merely deluded, some are pests and some are dangerous.

wolfhawaii, if you truly believed in the "sovereign citizen garbage" you would not have sacrificed your "health in combat service to the United States and the Constitution".  I think you are confusing patriotism with the term "sovereign citizen".

I am old enough to remember when civics was taught in schools; I am not confused in my terminology. Sorry for the digression in the thread.

Many of these names are familiar from the various cult spam blogs, corporation documents, and cult history.

I'm looking over other year site posts, here is another example of Patty naming her victims:

Quote
Jade Forest Heron Taylor
Jade received her name in a Cherokee naming ceremony by her Grandmother.

More Scientology, I've uploaded a clip here from one of their IRS forms.

It says that in 2008, they (maybe Patty herself), taught "pre WISE" at Scientology Org in Columbus, Ohio. WISE = World Institute of Scientology Enterprises http://www.wise.org/en_US/membership/about/index.html

Quote
She has introduced me to amazing studies. Over the past several years she has studied Ron Hubbard materials and shared how prolific a writer he was, and how he bases his writing on sciences that have even progressed beyond where he wrote. For that she and many of us got caught up in Scientology’s battle. When that happened, she said to me, that I will either have to not fear being transparent or stop evolving. That she is not going to be damned for studying and exploring all that has been written or given. She assured me to just know myself, that people will be people.

Piff, I am a little confused about something.

According to this blog entry, Paige Martin died in 2009:

http://kevinpmiller.blogspot.com/2010/03/paige-martin-november-27-1951-july-17.html

Quote
I am deeply saddened to report of the passing of Paige A. Martin— although I'm sure she is floating with the Angels right about now.

Yet, the blog post you referenced above was written in 2010, almost a full year after she died.
Quote

https://myjourneywithparishataylor.wordpress.com

The letter is the single entry on the blog also.

I am wondering:

1)  Did Paige write the letter at all?
2)  Did one of Parisha's other followers write the letter and claim Paige wrote it?
3)  If Paige wrote it, did they find it in her papers after she died and decide to post it?
4)  If Paige wrote it, why did it remain a secret until after she died?

I did find it very poorly written for a lawyer -- not at all concise and not easy to understand.

Also, the lack of modesty was pretty amazing.  Consider this:

Quote
It seems to be a game and sport today to abuse and make un-named claims against those of us who are different; those who live in a state of caring and living to a greater value of Mankind than most.

I am an attorney at law and have made it a point in my life to excel and be a credited legal officer of the courts in Ohio. I am Paige Martin. So all you gossip mongers and liars run to your computers and chew on this.
(my bolding)

Possibly Paige wrote the letter, but if she did not, it is pretty damning to the followers of Parisha Taylor.

The post attributed to Ms. Martin is really badly written, embarassingly so, don't know the circumstances. I can easily imagine someone else writing it and forging her name.

There are so many Parisha cult blogs online, supposedly written by various members, but maybe only one or two actually author them.

The post shows how fast and loose the cult plays with the truth. They don't bother with proper credit and sourcing, they make sh*t up. Parisha could have had one of her minions write this, which would be horribly deceptive and disrespectful. Or if Ms. Martin wrote this, that is bad news too.

At one time Parisha referred to herself as "Calf Mother", even in a 1995 legal case concerning the seizure of a fraud medical device at her New Age bookstore.

Quantum Nuwati

Some of their corporations are called schools, some churches, many are for profit businesses for investments.

The various corporations look interlocking, various combinations with various cult members. They don't have web presence, they look to be for moving money only, I assume Parisha's money from donations.

For instance on one day in 2000, a current member Timothy P. Jones initiated four for profit corporations for the cult.

Yet another example of Parisha's professed supernatural powers:

Quote
After the quest, one of us asked Grandmother if she had been on the beach to visit us. She asked because she had seen a young woman that she had thought was –somehow– Grandmother. Pa’Ris’Ha replied in the affirmative and said that she had visited each of us in the form of a younger woman, but only this one person had had the eyes to see!

OMG!  I was re-reading this thread and suddenly realized how weird this all is!

Supposedly, Paige Martin wrote this (a year after she had died herself):

Quote
As I read how you distort what you say you hear and read, and how totally untrue what you report is, I want people to know that I have been present when Joanne Sustar was taken to the hospital and died days later in a hospital from anemia. I saw how it became a zoo, respecting no one. Not the grieving people who loved her and were overwhelmed by her death. She (Joanne) like many people, and those of us who were with her there on the beach put sand over our bodies. Yes she put something; my recall of it was a face cloth over her face, because the wind blew sand in our eyes if not. Some of us used snorkels to breathe to keep blowing sand from being breath in. Kids play: that is how we saw it. No evil, morbid cult thing. Surely there was no intention of harm or hurting our self or anyone else. We had read and heard of people being able to “detox” from the minerals in the sand off Virginia Beach, so we did it.

https://myjourneywithparishataylor.wordpress.com/

And then, after supposedly writing the above, Paige Martin dies herself in the second fatality involved with Parisha's cult, which is a sweat lodge which they should not have been performing and did not know what they were doing.

Sauna death reported in Noble County

JOHN LOWE/Daily Jeffersonian Published: July 19, 2009 4:03AM

SUMMERFIELD -- Deputies of the Noble County Sheriff’s Office were continuing the investigation into the death of a woman killed Friday morning by a blast of steam.

Paige A. Martin, Summerfield, was killed in a primitive steam bath at a location north of the village, Sheriff Stephen Hannum said.

The 57-year-old woman, reportedly instructing a class of nine individuals, poured water onto heated rocks which caused the lethal burst of steam.

The sauna was a homemade structure, Hannum said, fashioned with a tree-limb frame and covered with blankets and plastic sheeting.

Another person in attendance also was scalded, but refused treatment.

The accident occurred at The Learning Center for Human Development, located off Route 513.

Responding to the call for help, in addition to deputies, were personnel of United Ambulance and Summerfield Volunteer Fire Department.
