The owner only lists her name as Chandra on most of the site. Lots of photos on NDNs in Peru on the site to hide the fact that it's really a blond white woman claiming to be a healer.
Full name is Chandra Porter and her main teacher was fraud Albert Villoldo.

Larosa is a fairly well known musician who, ethically, calls himself a descendant, not NDN nor a shaman. He does claim to heal with music, but I didn't find any ceremony selling or training by him. Porter may be exagerrating at best.
Mostly she seems a very confused relative newcomer, only a ceremony seller since 2008. She offers "intensive" training that last a total of four days. Also this strange claim:
"Chandra is a pipe carrier of the Whale and Blue Star Nation".
There's long been quite a few Nuage nonsense claims about Blue Star prophecies of the Hopi, but there's also quite a few UFO people with claims of "we are the blue star nation." "Whale nation" also shows up in a lot of UFO sites.
