BIA Native Descent Cards

Hello everyone,

With the discussions of bq an other enrollment processes, I would like your opinion on BIA native descent cards (that is probably not the right term) and the native crafts act.

but enrollment processes should be by each native nation only, not a foreign government
as to native descent cards, i believe they need to be like passports or Worldwide Visa
each native nation in its self is a independent entity, to accept the government's visa, passport, is giving up your own nation
to say your are a native artist or entertainer, i would ask these 4 questions

1 what is your legal name, not the "Indian" name you got over the INTERNET, so you can be checked out,
 if you are real what do you have to worry about
2 what nation do you represent, not a club, not a church, not a Internet group   
3 who from that nation will represent you, some one i can call to confirm that you are who you say you are
4 have you been authorized by that nation to be a artesian or entertainer representing that nation

when you sell something being native made it represents a nations history or art forms

Are you talking about our enrollment cards?
Who gives out native decent cards? Confusing?

Each nation make their own rules as to who belong to the their nation,
so some have Like mine 1/4 BQ other you can only be a member if your mother
is or another though your father, some allow people who are descendnat of a tribe
but most do not.

We have our  CDIB card but they come from our tribal nation not the BIA

When you been authorized by that nation to be a artesian or entertainer representing that nation
I would think you would protect that nation as well
there goes no one is ever representing the B.I.A. in anything, why do they still exist
who is protecting them
