To my horror, I now find that Roy "Littlesun" Steevensz is posting video "teachings" on youtube. The two that are on the channel currently were made near Flagstaff, Arizona quite recently. I'd be interested in seeing what NAFPS forum members place as comments on these pages:

compass will do that on any load stone and iron loaded stones
where are these stones? they need to be protected from frauds
in touching the stones the human oils will degrade the artwork
he is damaging the sight

They are a few miles northeast of Flagstaff. To get there, take US 89 North out of Flag to Townsend-Winona Rd. (a "T" intersection, with a traffic light). Go east on T-W Rd. for just over a mile and turn right (south) onto Rain Valley Rd. (this is a dirt road) for about 3/4 of a mile, then you see a small bridge and farm on the left, and the road on the side of the bridge you're on narrows down after that but you can keep going for a ways, slowly. You'll be going along with a small channel/creek on your left. You will have to stop and park about 500' past the little bridge. Then you can walk another 250-300' in the same direction you were driving, and the petroglyph site is on your right.

Approximate GPS coordinates are: 35°14'01.25" N. by 111°32'42.66" W., elevation 6693'.

is this sight a protected historical sight
is this sight on native land
who are the caretakers for the sight
or does anyone even care
and if that is the case then
why not just destroy the sight
so phonys can not glorify them selfs with them
those who need to know what they ment already do
and in removing them protects the true teachings

I believe it's on some sort of "public" land, I cannot be certain of this, but if it is not private then it is probably Forest Service or possibly BLM. I know for sure it is not on any ndn reservation.

Whoops! It's been well over a decade since I was at that spot, and thinking back now, I seem to recall that the last time I was there, someone had blocked off the road near the petroglyphs with large stones. So you might not be able to drive up as close to them as I said before. But it's not hard to find the right cluster of boulders.

He should never be aloud to touch them. If he knew anything about pictographs he would know that.Pat you should not give the location on a public site. Dabosijigwokush what are you thinking? Destroy the site?????

are you willing to pay to put up a fence or better a building around the sight
with out protection it is being destroyed by the self serving idouts who are misusing the sight
the sight needs to be made a protected sight first
and again no one knows who is responsible for the sight
and it looks like this one guy is drawing at the sight , so what is real and what is his graffiti
then who is going to clean up the mess, if it is left there then it will be added to the validity of the sight
and his phoney name
