https://www.gofundme.com/f/support-adam-dearmons-legal-defense-fundUnder Which Statements Are Incorrect and Why, I wrote:
Adam DeArmon is a career con man, a white imposter posing as a Native medicine man, part of a group ONAC that is made up of white imposters posing as Native hoping they can avoid arrest or prison for buying, selling, and using illegal drugs, falsely claiming they are a Native church and falsely claiming most of these drugs are part of Native traditions.
ONAC has been denounced by actual Native American Churches here:
http://www.narf.org/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/ncnac_statement.pdfI'm Associate Professor of History at Northern Virginia Community College and one of the founders of NAFPS. We've researched DeArmon's fraud and imposture for decades.
DeArmon has made huge amounts of cash off his fraudulent actions by every estimate, defrauding hundreds of people including both his all white followers and actual Native elders. There is no reason he can't easily afford to pay his own lawyers and no way to guarantee he won't use any donations for his own profit and not the legal case.
He is in violation of your TOS the following ways:
Falsely claiming to be something he is not, Native or a medicine man.
Falsely claiming persecution for something he is not, Native or a medicine man.
Taking funds under false pretenses, for his own profit rather than a lawyer.
