I don't know if this is the right section or not but I'm a Voc Rehab Counselor and I just now became aware of this resource for Native Americans:
Native American Employment and Training Program
sponsored by the Dept. of Labor:

They are supposed to be set up in each state and provide job services, assistance with college/training, etc
The lady that talked to us today said she is working with just under 300 people here in Ky. Anyone with a disability can likewise ally with Vocational Rehab for additional services/training, etc and we of course refer to this program when we can
