Has anyone here heard of someone teaching an Australian now calling themselves Grandmother WindHawk, or of someone by that name who's genuine moving to Australia to practice native ceremonies and offer teaching based at a place called Tabulam?? (Northern New South Wales).  There's someone who holds women's circles ("ancient Native women's wisdom" and drumming circles, moon rituals etc) etc I've been a bit suss on for a while, and would like to know if they are kosher, known to anyone here as legit or not.

Cheers and thankyou

From http://www.echonews.com/930/around_town.html :

"Healing Circle"

"Womens healing circle at Cawongla led by elder grandmother Windhawk each Wed from July 30-Sept 17, 10am-2pm. $10/8. Contact 6633 7170 for venue."

I've not heard of this person.  Any additional information, such as any claims of being associated with a particular tribe or nation she makes, may help others find out more about her history.
