Received a request about him. Claims Blackfoot descent, Community of Christ elder, and to have been taught by Blackfoot elders. Runs sweats in Chicago and Raleigh  North Carolina for non-Natives, also a vision quest for teenagers. Says no charge for ceremony, but at least once he charged $80 per for a medicine wheel seminar.

Interesting set of documents here including their release/ liability form

They say they don't charge for ceremonies but donations are welcome and tax deductible.

He is Charles H Skelton Jr, born 1947. Originally he was the registered agent for Bear Spirit Medicine Lodge (BSML) Now James Patrick Pepa is James Pepa is a CPA.
