Comments on the SFist site says the film maker is wanted in Guatemala for filming without a permit.
Both the church and the flicker links show the ceremonies in detail enough to make it clear they are a Nuage hodgepodge, perhaps mixed with some Mayan ones. One poster even recognized some ceremonies as imitation of Navajo ones. They also pray to four directions and use other Plains tribes symbols and sacred colors. There's also some curandero elements like using eggs in divination. Plus they talk about Euro pagan ideas like the 4 elements as fire/earth/water/wind.

The Guatemalan man has been referred to as Tata Apolinario. He may be involved in some kind of upcoming conference about 2012. He is being represented as a carrier of the prophecies. The video was made in Europe.

From about 15:30 Apolinario Chile Pixtun tells us that Crystal Skulls are "sacred memories of old ancestral civilizations … Atlantis time … and Lemurian time". Then he elaborates on "races".
After having seen this video, I view Apolinario Chile Pixtun as a Garbage Carrier of New Age idiocy.
