Yes, that is one of the fraudulent profiles Arvol and Paula are trying to get taken down. They have done everything asked of them by blogspot to prove identity theft, and blogspot is not complying.

blogspot is owned by google. Their stand is YOU have to contact the owner of the blog to remove offending material. If the owner won't, too bad for you.
Since the supreme court ruled that hosts were not responsible for what users do with their service, google/blogspot allows pretty much anyone to say or do anything about/to anyone else. A court order is pretty much the only thing that will get them to do anything, and they are betting that most people will not be able to afford to fight them.
