Title: Sex Offender put in charge of spiritual things at rehab center

This is so disturbing. And what could possibly go wrong?? William Good Voice Elk Jr has been in prison twice for rape. And yet he was hired by a Rapid City rehab center.

Well that's a good 30 months ago. A quick Google search gives no newer posts or updates, so it's difficult to know what happened later, if anything at all?
