"Chief Standing Cloud"

I found some references to Bill Stover as "Standing Cloud" referring to a YouTube video where we see him:

This Adventure served as a challenge to sit within the dark and heated confines of the “Lodge”. Like the challenges of the previous day, the youth and men pushed their own and collective limits. Their perseverance to move outside of the comfort level and into the “moment” was incredible.

At least I found more about Bill Stover, and put it in that thread. Is he also "Chief Standing Cloud"?

Under the name Mahpia Naijin there are some youtube videos. I don't think it's the same guy claiming to be CSC selling ceremony in UK.

The photo of "Chief Standing Cloud" is from http://www.dianegower-simplydivine.com/chief-standing-cloud [2018], while to see Bill Stover AKA "Lakota Elder Standing Cloud" and "Mahpia Najin" you will have to watch the 2012 video I linked to, or those more recently linked to in this post:

(My bolding.) This means that educated indian thinks that Bill Stover is not identical to "Chief Standing Cloud".
