Do you have any more information about the event?
I have seen "witch" classes in Mexico with indicators that they are connected to the Russian network in the Biven Mamonta thread. I understand that this is because of the Carlos Casteneda inspired elements of the cult. Typically female followers may be referred to as "goddesses", priestesses, geishas or witches.
Of course this event may be completely unconnected to the Russian network, but I would be happy to do some googling if you have more information.
