Note to new members: Get up to speed, do your own heavy lifting.

And as we've had to say it a few times lately, New Members, please think about this before posting:

NAFPS is an established network of Native people and allies, a number of whom have known one another for decades, a number of whom live in the same communities, know one anothers' families, and work together in person to protect ceremony and culture. Consequently, you may find this place rather different from other Internet forums that are more anonymous or random.

Non-Natives: There is a lot of information here if you will commit to doing your own heavy lifting, if you read and listen with an open mind. As a new person meeting an established community, it is your responsibility to introduce yourself, behave politely, and take the time to learn something about our community values and standards before jumping in; we can't start over and educate every new person from scratch. Please read this thread: The Do's and Don'ts of Being a Good Ally: http://www.newagefraud.org/smf/index.php?topic=2365.0

New members will find some of the most common questions answered by reading the pinned threads in all the sections, and the pages about our work here, and Protection of Ceremony in general, on the main website: http://www.newagefraud.org/
