I ran a search on "Jade Wah'oo and found this blurb.

http://www.taoweb.com/shaman/jade/

Quote:

"In 1974 I was adopted as a grandson by Juan Pena (of the San Juan Pueblo), the keeper of an ancient Shamanic lineage passed from generation to generation over the last 22,000 years. "

http://www.byregion.net/profiles/jadewahoo.html

Quote:
"Offering the "Neoarchaic Ecstatic Shamanic Techniques" training program, Shamanic Ceremonial Healings, a Paleo-Siberian Sweat Lodge and ceremonies of blessing, transformation and empowerment"

This site has an image of Juan Pena c1972
Anyone hear of him?

Linda

I had a run in with one of his franchisers/followers, Nicholas Spence or "Noble Wolf". The guy infiltrated NAFPS a few years ago, plus one of Bryant's groups.

http://www.nafps.net/
Go to Articles and look for Grigori's name.

Or a direct link.
http://users.pandora.be/gohiyuhi/nafps/articles/art28.htm

Pass it along wherever you can. Is he coming to your area to sell ceremonies?

Just a note to let interested parties know that Jade Wa'hoo is still kicking in Sedona, apparently still making a living from mis-appropriation and scamming.

As a separate issue, Llyn Roberts ( www.llynroberts.com ), associated with www.dreamchange.org and collaborating with John Perkins....seems suspect to me, anyone have input on these two?

Hi Stuart

Have you gotten any news about these people?  I just looked at the website and it seems pretty hinky to me.  Shamanic Reiki??  I'm a Reiki Master and have never heard of "Shamanic" Reiki.  Also, her Shapeshifting workshop seems suspect to me.  Call me crazy, but there may be something more here for the community to be looking into.  I'll ask around and see what pops up.

Cheers

Hi Again Stuart

I just did a little checking and found out that Lyn Roberts has her degree in Buddhist Philosophy and uses that.  She also spent time in South America.  I'm not seeing where she's doing anything with Native American/First Nations spirituality.  I'll keep you posted as I see/hear anything.

Cheers

Not a degree in "buddhist philosophy", but in Tibetan Buddhist Psychology from Naropa University (founded by Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche) Info on what that entails:

http://coursecatalog.naropa.edu/contemplative-psychology/undergraduate-programs/ba-contemplative-psychology/courses

I would say there's very little "buddhism" in it

Yes, both have strong connections with Robin Johnson, the woman behind various websites and organisations promoting events attended by Kiesha Crowther aka Little Grandmother including:

The Great Mystery

His real name is Gregg Gregory.

Over the years, he has used the following names (and possibly other combinations) in association with his website and/or to who payments for his services were to be made:
Gregg Gregory, Jade Gregory, Jade W'ahoo, Jade Wahoo, Jade Grigori, Jade Wah'oo Gregory
Today: Jade Wah'oo Grigori

He was born in Ohio (was a farm boy)

This is his website (please note his upcoming trips he is promoting and the dates)
http://www.shamanic.net/index.php/home

He hangs out on an online radio station forum:
http://www.radioparadise.com/content.php?name=Forum&file=search

Unfortunately have met this man in real life, listened very closely to what he said, and carefully questioned why he labels himself as such.

Have been in contact with a few of his victims (all female).
He preys upon females, but will take any money  to travel or promote.

He needs to stop, any ways or means possible.

CLAIMING AUTHENTIC ANCESTRY

Jade Wah’oo Grigori brings forth authentic Shamanic Ways on behalf of his community, the community of All Peoples.

He underwent his first Shamanic Initiation, that of Death-by-Intent, in 1956 at 5 years of age. Of Mongolian ancestry, Jade Wah’oo Grigori received direct initiations and training from his Ancestral Spirits who guided and instructed him in the rigorous endeavors of journeying into the spirit-realms, ways of healing and accessing Knowledge.

In 1974 Jade met and was adopted as Grandson by Juan Peña, an Old-Man Shaman (Téwa-Ké or Bear Shaman) of one of the Tewan Pueblos of the Upper Rio Grande. Jade’s Grampa Peña apprenticed him for the next 8 years.

Whether it is his real name or not, the guy has clearly used "Gregg Gregory".  Compare the contact address on his current site with that on what appears to be an old site under the "Gregg Gregory" name.  I guess "Jade Wa'hoo" sounds more "shamanic" than "Gregg".  He likes to drive fast.

If you haven't seen it, the guy wrote an article entitled "The Abuse Epidemic" that borders on laughable, both for content and amateurish prose.
Quote
When one person perpetrates abuse upon another there is far more going on than meets the eye. In addition to the trauma of having been violated, there is the transfer of an entity, a Spiritual Parasite, from the perpetrator to the person who has been violated. . . .  they are a very real presence, not simply a psychological/emotional effect of the trauma itself.

I think he's watched "The Exorcist" a few too many times.

Quote
There is Help!

Now, why did I think there would be?  I bet it involves him.

Quote
Because these entities are not 'energetic' in nature they cannot be treated by typical energy healings and therapy (those these modalities are very beneficial in assisting the person to cope with or alleviate the symptoms of abuse). By entreating of these Spiritual Parasites with the ancient methods available to the Shaman, the invasive entities that have taken up residence in the abused person can be permanently removed.

I knew it.

Quote
This leaves the person with one thing: Freedom

And an empty wallet.

BTW, check out the page on "Shamanic Healers Arizona".  I don't think I've ever before seen that much newage woo in one place.

Merged the threads on him to have all information in one place.

Also moved him to Frauds. As a longtime ceremony seller and obvious fake, a pretty easy one to spot.

There's also a thread in Archives, along with discussion of a franchisee of his who tried to infiltrate nafps, Nicholas Spence.
