I found this link at the bottom of the first link of of the previous post. Found it interesting.

Some of them do seem pretty clueless, even defiantly proud of how dense they are. The comment about "I have no right to tell my neighbors not to steal" was just amazing. Of COURSE you do. I seriously doubt he'd say the same if someone swiped his car.

And that poor "pipe carrier." I wonder how he'll take the news that he got defrauded. Show him this link:

Invite them all over here.

What we've found out before is that if you discuss with people who take part in exploitation on their turf, they have plenty of others to hide behind. You have to draw them out of their own (often sheltered) little worlds. It's pretty obvious most of them have never met an NDN, but do know people who imagine they are "into shamanism."

So you have a number of people who have no idea they (or people they know) are perpetuating the same colonialism, imperialism, and racism that their ancestors did, but now they get to call it a "spiritual" thing.

Try posting our Welcome message too and see if they get it.

I´d gladly send them a book for free if I knew they would read it. Unfortunately it would probably go straight down in the bin.

Gus - to the Tibetanian who said: "Hmmm, being the son of a full blooded native American this is the first time I have heard anything like this, so I pose the question, from where did you hear of this." send him the link:
